Simple Salmon Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Tbsp. Trader Joe’s Island Soyaki
  • 1/8th cup frozen peas
  • 1/8th cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/8th cup chopped onion
  • 1 Trader Joe’s Salmon Burger (or wild salmon fillet)
  • 1/4 cup quinoa
  • 1 tsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook salmon over olive oil in a skillet on medium heat by covering for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Break fish apart into smaller pieces.
  3. Toss in remaining ingredients, combine well.
  4. Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes
