- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red seedless grapes
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 8 oz shredded chicken breast or 1 (12 oz.) can
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Chop all ingredients and combine in bowl.
- Stir in Greek yogurt and chicken
